Dear Minette. Words cannot explain how grateful I am to you for making sure that the gift was sent today. FedEx delivered it at 8:15pm. There are very few people around that will go the extra mile the way you did. Especially, considering the fact that I gave you such short notice and then on top of that, still missing the deadline of "10am" this morning.
