Dear Minette and the Gift Lady Team - I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the wonderful flowers I ordered for my grandmother! She was very ill in hospital and said she'd reached a point when she felt like she just couldn't endure the pain anymore; and then the flowers arrived for her.
