Delivery
Flowers - Delivery is included in the price. Same day delivery for orders received before
11am (SA time) unless otherwise requested. We are part of a florist network and all flowers will be delivered by the nearest florist to ensure freshness and quality.
Gifts - Gifts are couriered at a charge of R60. Delivery is not included in the price. We generally ask for 2-3 days notice so that we can make sure your gift arrives on time.
In a Hurry?
Next day delivery is possible for orders received before 12pm to the following areas: Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town,
Pretoria, Durban, East London and George.
The Gift Lady delivers throughout South Africa. All gifts are couriered and are packaged
securely but if any of the items are damaged we will replace the item.
Please remember that our main aim is to keep our customers happy and to complete
orders as quickly as possible, however we are only human and do rely on third party courier services to get those gifts delivered on time. In the rare
instance that your orders don't arrive on time, please contact our friendly
Customer Care Staff at customercare@giftlady.net who
will do everything within their power to track down your order.
