We support South African business and more than 90% of our products are manufactured in South Africa. Our aim of course is to change this to 100%. Remember, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return the gift to us within 7 days and we will give you a 100% refund.

Making a purchase:

With The Gift Lady you can order any gift on-line in complete confidence. The Shopping Basket allows you to check and modify your order before you arrange payment and delivery. You can view your order at any time by clicking on the 'Basket' link located at the top on every page. When you are satisfied with the contents of your basket you can click on �Checkout� at which point you can finalise your order. Your personal details including your credit card number are kept private, and are protected during transmission using SSL encryption; your details are 100% secure.

Delivery

We will deliver your gift anywhere in South Africa. All gifts are couriered and are packaged securely but if any of the items are damaged we will replace the item.

Flowers: Delivery is included in the price. Same day delivery for orders received before 11am (SA time) unless otherwise specified by you.

All other products: Delivery is not included in the price. You have the following delivery options:

By courier to their home/business at a cost of R60 per delivery address.

Please allow 2-3 working days unless otherwise specified by you.

Gift Wrapping

All our gifts are presented in a luxury gift bag or gift box. Our gift-wrapping service includes a generous amount of ribbon and/or decoration and a card with your personal message.

Availability

We do our best to have all our gifts available throughout the year. However, from time to time this may not be possible. The Gift Lady therefore reserves the right to substitute an item for another of similar value.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specification are correct. However, while colour production is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may appear. The Gift Lady reserves the right to alter the prices without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

The Gift Lady treats with the utmost care and respect the personal information passed to us and recognises the importance of protecting your privacy. The data entered on your Order form may be stored and used for individual customer care, and to process orders, and from time to time we may contact you with information that may be of use regarding product, promotions and special offers. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive such mailings from us by emailing us at customercare@giftlady.net.

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund at your option. Please return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in its original condition.
